Turn On Call Forwarding

From Your Mobile Device

  1. Enter *72 and the Number you want your calls to forward to
    • (e.g., *72-602.639.xxxx)
  2. Tap the Call button and wait for confirmation. You should hear a confirmation tone or message.
  3. End your call.
     

Turn Off or Modify Call Forwarding

  1. Enter *73
  2. Tap the Call button and wait for confirmation. You should hear a confirmation tone or message.
  3. End your call.

 

Forwarding Jabber to Mobile

From Your Jabber Phone

  1. Bottom right corner of your Jabber Phone select the computer icon.

     
  2. Click the Forward Calls dropdown and select your mobile number.

     

Turning Off Forwarding Jabber to Mobile

From Your Jabber Phone

  1. Bottom right corner of your Jabber Phone select the computer icon.

     
  2. Click the Forward Calls dropdown and select None.
