A quick reference guide to understand how to setup and manage a Jabber voicemail.
- Press the
Button on the phone or
Call voicemail option in Jabber
- Enter your password (you initial password will be 11223)
- The system will walk you through setting up your voicemail for the 1st time.
- The minimum password length is four
- Use any of the menus below

To access voicemail from outside the office:
- Dial the Company Back Door Number (602) 639-MAIL (6245) or your Direct Number
- Once the recorded greeting begins, press * Enter your Extension Number and #
- Enter your Password
To access voicemail from another Company Telephone
- Hit the Messages button
- Once the Unity voice begins, press * Enter your Extension Number and #
- Enter your Password
- Transfer Directly to Voicemail
- Transfer
- #, Extension, Transfer
