A quick reference guide to understand how to setup and manage a Jabber voicemail.

  1. Press the Button on the phone or  Call voicemail option in Jabber
  2. Enter your password (you initial password will be 11223)
    • The system will walk you through setting up your voicemail for the 1st time.
    • The minimum password length is four
  3. Use any of the menus below

1 Hear New Messages:

1 Repeat Msg

2 Save Msg

3 Delete Msg

4 Reply to Msg*

5 Change Volume

5 Forward Msg*

6 Mark as New*

7 Rewind Msg

8 Pause Msg

9 Fast-Fwd. Msg

9 Hear Summary*

* Italicized options available at the end of the message

2 Review Old Messages:

1 Repeat Msg

2 Save Msg

Keys That Can Be Used at Any Time:

0 = Help * = Exit # = Skip or Move Ahead ## = Dial by Name or by Extension

To access voicemail from outside the office:

  • Dial the Company Back Door Number (602) 639-MAIL (6245) or your Direct Number
  • Once the recorded greeting begins, press * Enter your Extension Number and #
  • Enter your Password

To access voicemail from another Company Telephone

  • Hit the Messages button
  • Once the Unity voice begins, press Enter your Extension Number and #
  • Enter your Password
  • Transfer Directly to Voicemail
  • Transfer
  • #, Extension, Transfer
