Instructions to access Workday Mobile on an Android.

Prerequisite:

• Register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you have already registered or are on-site/VPN, please skip this step.

Setup Workday Mobile Application:

• In the App Store, search "Workday," then click Get.
    
   
• Enter "gcu" as the Organization ID, then click the arrow to proceed.
  
   
• Select GCU SSO
• Adjunct Faculty — Select MyGCU SSO
  
   
• Sign In with your GCU Credentials:
  • Enter your GCU (@gcu.edu) email address, then click Next
  • Enter your Password: Same password used to access your computer, then click Sign In.
• Adjunct Faculty - Use your my.gcu.edu credentials.
   
   
• Verify your identity by text, call, or authenticator app (based on how you set up your MFA preferences)
   
   
• Check the box to "Remember this device," then click Submit.
  

OPTIONAL: Setup Touch ID, Face ID, or a 6-8 digit Mobile PIN for easy access in the future.
  
 

• Your Workday homepage is now available
